Time and Motion - Severe Asthma and/or Chronic Nasal Polyps

MedCorps Asthma and Pulmonary Specialists is seeking patient who receive injectable biologic therapy to complete a short questionnaire to determine the time and cost burden of therapy.

To be eligible for the study, you must:

Be 18 years or older
Receive injectable biologic therapy (Fasenra, Nucala, Dupixent, Xolair or Tezpire) for severe asthma or chronic nasal polyps
Be willing to complete a short questionnaire regarding your experience with injectable biologic therapy

No cost studies are available to qualified patients
